We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Alex at the reception. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time in this city. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and taxis. We were able to explore many attractions on foot or by train, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The room was spacious and the double bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel had a nice lobby with comfortable seating and friendly staff. The location was great, with many 'must see' attractions within walking distance. The hotel was also conveniently located near two metro stations.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room looked exactly like the pictures we saw online.
